Fall 2023 Youth STEM
program begins
October 21st!

This program is designed for youth ages 11 – 17 to learn new technical skills. During our Fall cohort, we will introduce students to core technologies for the most in-demand careers. 

This fast-paced workshop series will help participants explore new career opportunities.

Students will meet twice a week. Wednesdays they will meet virtually and Saturdays will be in-person at the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation. Students are required to bring a laptop on in-person days at the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation. 

Workshop will Last 6 to 8 weeks

The program may extend beyond 6 weeks if more time is needed to complete the program. The program will not exceed 8 weeks.

The program will last six to eight weeks
and instruction will be divided into
3 learning segments.

  1. Introduction to Geographical Information Systems (GIS)
  2. Web Development and Coding utilizing HTML & CSS.
  3. Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Internet Of Things, Python and Linux
