Empowering the Next Generation of Business Leaders
Black Tech Link’s Workforce and Business Training Initiative is dedicated to bridging the gap in the tech economy by equipping Black residents in Southern California with essential skills and opportunities. Our initiative focuses on three key areas:
- Career Development: We offer comprehensive training programs, including hands-on robotics training, coding workshops, GIS software, and hardware engineering projects. These programs are designed for middle school and high school students, college students, and early to mid-career professionals, providing them with the technical skills needed to excel in the tech industry.
- Business Training: Our business development courses help aspiring entrepreneurs, small business owners, and nonprofits navigate the complexities of growing and scaling a business. We provide mentorship, resources, and networking opportunities to foster innovation and success.
- Partnerships and Support: By collaborating with colleges, industry professionals, community organizations, and local employers, we build a robust support network that enhances our training programs to ensure our participants have access to the best career resources and business opportunities.
