3rd Annual Ugly Sweater Toy Drive Fundraiser
Black Tech Link is spreading the holiday cheer with our 3rd Annual Ugly Sweater Toy Drive Fundraiser! This year, we are thrilled to partner with two dynamic organizations, the San Diego National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) and the San Diego Urban League Young Professionals.
Join us on Wednesday, December 13th, as we host this festive event at Becton Dickinson (BD) Headquarters in beautiful Del Mar, CA. Don’t forget to dig out your most fashionable ugly sweater and bring a gift to support children and youth in need. Gifts received will support foster youth and underserved families from San Diego’s most critical communities. Gifts will be delivered on Christmas Day at the 7th Annual People’s Association of Justice Advocates (PAJA) Christmas Day Breakfast & Toy Giveaway. This celebratory event will also recognize the incredible impact that Black Tech Link, NABA, and SDULYP have achieved during 2023.
Additionally, as a special highlight, we are honored to have Dr. Terry Sivers, San Diego College of Continuing Education Black Student Success Counselor, as a guest speaker who will share insights on the remarkable resilience of Haitian immigrants in San Diego communities.
This event promises to be a delightful experience, complete with fantastic music, delectable food, and complimentary drinks.* Tickets are available for just $30, and all proceeds will go towards partner organization community initiatives.**
